Jesse Heaton

Jesse Heaton is a native of Johnson County, Tennessee. Raised on the infamous Copperhead Road, Jesse has overcome adversity throughout his life and has come out stronger because of it. His passion for film and music led him to pick up his family's camcorder as a kid, and from there, the fire ignited in his soul. His vision problems give him an edge that most sound technicians don't have, with super tuned hearing. He also has a deep love of history and has worked as part of the cast for 2 small but growing Renaissance faires. He began his career as Grip and was randomly handed a Tascam sound recorder and a boom mic in 2018 on an independent set, and the magic began. He began working with Ambient Hour Productions in June of 2024 and has done work with Strange Films in 2025, as well as a few independent filmmakers throughout the years.
