There, she attended Hub City Performing Arts and UIL One Act Play competitions with awards for her lead role as Blanche DuBois in Streetcar Named Desire, Alice Sycamore in You Can't Take it With You, and Maggie in the Shadow Box. During this time, she attended the New York Film Academy summer intensives during high school which eventually led her to enroll and study at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute.
