Specialising in Intimacy Coordination and On Set Welfare, Trish is an Internationally Board-Certified Trainer of NLP, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy who has been involved with the Entertainment industry since playing the role of 'Mary' in the school Nativity play at the age of 5.
After years of performing in live theatre and musicals, she eventually became the director of Windsor Theatrical Society from 2003 - 2006
With 4 children in tow, Trish trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy and quickly became aware of the mental and emotional toll being experienced by some of the best artists in the industry - and she decided to do something about it.
Initially working with new and established artists to 'undo' some of the programming holding back performers from achieving their best, Trish designed and implemented safe tools and techniques to help artists work in the industry in a mentally and emotionally safe way and thus helping them to move past their blocks and into success.
Working in areas of character programming, trauma, negative emotions and limiting beliefs, Trish works with actors, directors, and producers to achieve their best in a mentally and emotionally safe way.
Trish works with creatives individually and in groups before, during and after productions. She provides mental health and welfare services that go above and beyond normal mental health first aid.
In emotionally traumatic, violent, or intimate scenes, Trish is backed up by a deep understanding of emotional programs, language and behaviour and helps you to approach and coordinate these scenes in a positive and safe way. She is a Master of unconscious programming and the physical and emotional effects on both your body and mind and she assists you to navigate these delicate areas in a positive way.
Trish's company Mentally Strong Productions provides Mental Health and Welfare services to productions globally with the intention of setting a safe practises Mental Health standard for the Creative Arts Industry. When engaged in a production, she is on set and available for mental health first aid in real time.
Mental Health Hygiene is a MUST for any member of the creative arts and Trish is experienced in providing tools and techniques to ensure the safety and success of all who work with her.
