Biography

Simon Longnight is an actor, entertainer, and teaching artist. He gained national recognition for his portrayal of Lafayette & Thomas Jefferson in the world-renowned musical, Hamilton.

Simon Longnight has entertained audiences all over the country, including long sit-downs in San Francisco & Los Angeles, CA. An experienced live performer, as well as being well-versed in film & television. His portfolio includes major TV productions, such as his work on "The L Word: Generation Q" on Showtime and "Instinct" on CBS.

As a creature & suit performer, Simon Longnight has appeared, most recently, as The Seer in the 2025 Feature "Parasomnia", which premiered at the FrightFest Film Festival in London in 2025. He has spent hours in the makeup chair & has worked with effects artists such as Brian Sipe (Captain Marvel, Ahsoka), Brittany Jamison-Lackey (Argyle, Antman) & Victoria Santibañez ( Parasomina ). His creature work has appeared in projects such as Ahsoka (Lucasfilm) & Skelaton Crew (Lucasfilm) on Disney+.
