Alejandra Armijo is a Latina film editor originally from La Paz, Bolivia. She earned her MFA in Film Editing from the American Film Institute in 2023, following a 2020 internship with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences that first pulled her into the industry.
Since then, she's built a freelance editing practice spanning feature films, shorts, and digital narrative content; cutting across drama, comedy, and horror, and carrying stories from assembly to final delivery. Selected work includes Hooperella and Rata (both through the LFI x Netflix Inclusion Fellowship), Tether, and Los Lamentos, alongside lead editor roles on serialized digital productions for MiniDramaStream and Crazy Maple Studio.
