- Savannah was born in London, to parents of Guyanese and Nigerian descent. She studied at Loughborough University, where she studied English and Drama, and then went on to train at Identity School of Acting.
She is an Actress, Writer, Director and Voiceover artist; and presents a weekly podcast for The Guardian.
Her debut Horror short 'The New Girl' which she wrote and directed, screened at Frightfest, Screamfest, Toronto Black Film Festival & Oscar-qualifying Pan African Film Festival 2024.
