Charley Rowan McCain is an actor working across film, television, voiceover, and theater. She can soon be seen in Netflix’s 13 Going on 30 film also starring Emily Bader, Logan Lerman and Jessica Alba.
At 8, she made her feature film debut portraying Maxine Miller (the younger version of Mia Goth's character) in A24's MaXXXine. Her recent work includes The Artist, in which she plays Young Rosie (the younger version of Patti LuPone's character), and a recurring role in the Apple TV+ series Nocturne, starring Liev Schreiber and Stephen Graham. Her television credits also include NCIS, S.W.A.T., 9-1-1, and Erin & Aaron.
In animation and voiceover, Charley has voiced characters for Disney, Marvel, Netflix, and Nickelodeon, with credits including Big City Greens, Kiff (where she became the series' first child actor), Spidey and His Amazing Friends, Iron Man and His Awesome Friends, and Ariel. She has also performed dubbing and looping for numerous studio productions and is a series lead in an upcoming Disney animated series.
A lifelong performer, Charley has appeared in more than 16 stage productions throughout Los Angeles, including Fiddler on the Roof at La Mirada Theatre alongside Jason Alexander, directed by Lonny Price. She also originated the roles of Emmy Lou in the world premiere of Redemption Song and Barbara in the world premiere of Perfect World. She continues to study acting, improv, voice, and dance, bringing the same curiosity and commitment to every medium she works in.
