Biography

Misha McCullagh is an emerging Scottish Producer. She grew up in Linlithgow and trained as an actor at Glasgow Clyde College. Misha now works as a production coordinator whilst building her producing slate. In association with Blazing Griffin, she produced Sarah Grant's short film 'Candy' in 2022 and went on to found production company Goldie Luck Productions. The slate includes Aqsa Arif's triptych film 'Anam Ki Almari' which was part of the City of Empire exhibition at Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum until June 2024; 'Hen Do' by Alia Ghafar which won a Royal Television Society award for Best Short Film 2024; Ana Songel's stop motion animation 'Peace of Heart'; Joanne Thomson and Caitlin Black's funny, festive, fetish film 'On The Twelfth Day of Findom'; and feature film 'We Are Not Animals' which is in development with Screen Scotland.
