- Liliane Wouters was born on February 5, 1930 in Ixelles, Belgium. She was a writer, known for De leraarskamer (1991), Un siècle d'écrivains (1995) and Les belles heures de Flandre (1961). She died on February 28, 2016 in Gilly, Hainaut Province, Belgium.
