Sophia Kolokouri

Sophia is screenwriter, director and concept artist. She writes and develops stories for children orientated feature films and TV series but also has a growing interest in writing fiction genre scripts. Throughout her career she worked for many major companies in Europe and the United States such as Walt Disney, Warner Brothers and M&C Saatchi. She created three animated TV series, all being Luxembourg and German co-productions which were distributed worldwide. She also co-produced two animated features, including "Le Roman de Renart", which won the "Audience Award" for Best animated Feature : at the Sprockets Toronto Int. Film Festival and at the festival of Anima in Brussels, as well as "The Spécial Prize" of the Jury at the Int. Film festival of Fifem in Canada. Sophia is a graduate of the school GOBELINS (Paris), in feature animation. She speaks: French, English and Greek.
