Biography

Rebecca Johannsen trained as a Certified Intimacy Coordinator under Amanda Blumenthal, one of the industry's first intimacy coordinators. Rebecca splits her time between Los Angeles and New York and is represented by Brooklyn Management.

Rebecca is also an actor, playwright, and theatre director known for her play 'Women at War', which premiered at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2017. She holds a Ph.D. in Theatre from the University of California Irvine and has taught theatre at NYU, Fordham University, CSU Northridge, CSU San Marcos, UC Irvine, MiraCosta College, and Mercy College. She is a member of the Young Vic's Director's Network.
