Biography

Pato Corona was born and raised in Sonora. When he was 13 years old he started editing with a VHS and Betamax in the small living room of his house. Since then he fell in love with the language of film editing. He has been an editor ever since and continues to do so professionally in addition to writing and directing. He studied Communication Sciences at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Audio Engineering in Phoenix, AZ and is working as a filmmaker in Mexico City.

He has many commercials and features such as The Final Solution (2001) filmed in South Africa and Sabina K (2015) filmed in Sarajevo.

Work for Warner Brothers as Press and RP coordinator in projects like Los Rapos Sucios Se Lavan En Casa (2020) and Sexo, Pudor y Lagrimas Part 2 (2021).
