Mark Olive(II)

Mark Olive is a Bundjalung man, with his family originating from the Northern Rivers region of NSW. He was born in Wollongong in 1962. Often known as "The Black Olive," Mark is an iconic and highly influential Aboriginal Australian chef, television presenter, author, and cultural ambassador. He is a pioneer in bringing Indigenous Australian bush foods to the mainstream culinary world, fusing native ingredients with contemporary cooking techniques.
