Kunal Thakur is an Indian film actor who is mostly known for his contributions to Hindi cinema and digital platforms. Raised in Abu Dhabi, UAE, he initially pursued a career in advertising before making his way into the entertainment industry.
The versatile artist gained prominence with his role in the film Kabir Singh in 2019. This was followed by his appearance in the film Animal in 2023.
He has also featured in short films like Grim Reaper Inc in 2020 and On the Seesaw in 2021. Beyond acting, Kunal is a co founder of Mukti Manch, a theatre and performing arts studio in Mumbai, which he runs with his wife, actor Mukti Mohan.
Owing to his prolific credentials and impactful performances, he garnered crucial roles in multiple projects which include A Legal Affair, Glory and Saare Jahan Se Accha
