Born in Baltimore, Md Mike T has become a well-known force in the fitness industry. With his strict demeanor and intense workout regimens, Mike T has transformed A-roster celebrity bodies. He moved to Los Angeles, CA in 2006 to begin a career In acting and modeling. After the writers guild strike in 2007, Mike T lost his passion for acting and reunited with his previous passion for personal training by helping clients attain the body of their dreams. He has worked with some of TV and films most recognized faces. Specializing in getting actors and actresses camera ready, Mike T has worked with notable names such as Taraji P Henson, Meagan Good, Sanaa Lathan, Aisha Hinds, Melyssa Ford, Connie Orlando, Kim Porter, Justine Skye, Kendall Jenner, Laurieann Gibson, Nicole Murphy, Draya Michelle, Neyo, Las Alonso, Sterling Brim and the entire Simmons family (Angela, Vanessa, Ming, Diggy, Rev Run, Justine) to name a few. He has made several appearances as himself on TV shows such as Beyond The Spot Light with Laurieann Gibson 2018, Growing up Hip Hop with Angela and Vanessa Simmons 2018, and We're The Campbell's with Joi Starr 2018.
