Jack Ofield was born on July 7, 1934 in Goldthorpe, Ontario, Canada. He was a director and producer, known for Careless (2010), Dandelion Will Make You Wise (2009) and Because They Are Different (1964). He was married to Helen Maria. He died on October 16, 2025 in San Diego, California, USA.
