As a senior producer and showrunner, Tania has led creative teams and managed all aspects of production, from concept development to on-location shoots and post-production. Her portfolio includes acclaimed projects such as American Greed, PBS's Chicago Stories, and A&E's Cold Case Files. These experiences have honed her skills in creative problem-solving, team leadership, stakeholder management, and crafting impactful, audience-driven storytelling.
