Dag Frogner was born on 29 May 1929 in Modum, Buskerud, Norwy. He was a production designer and set decorator, known for Fleksnes fataliteter (1972), Alvorlig talt (1970) and Den siste Fleksnes (1974). He died on 5 March 2015 in Larvik, Norway.
