Biography

Shubhankar Tawde is an Indian actor known to Zee Yuva audiences for his role as Samrat Patil in the serial Freshers. He began his journey in theatre as a member of the drama group Dark Heaven and performed in numerous college plays. During his time at Ramnarain Ruia College, he was also associated with Ruia Natyavalay.

Born and brought up in Mumbai, Shubhankar is the son of noted Marathi actor Sunil Tawde. He completed his schooling at Oxford Public School and later trained at The Drama School to refine his craft.
