Melvin Dain is a Ghanaian-Nigerian actor and director with a growing presence in African entertainment. He is best known for his lead roles in acclaimed productions like the Showmax Original TV series ENO, For Love and Country a film directed by Shirley Frimpong manso. And a few other household name projects. Melvin Dain is the leading actor in the new MNET -Akwaaba Magic Original series House of Klu. As a director, Melvin has helmed three impactful short films: Shadows of Ambition (Pilot), Plastic Man (Documentary), and Quiet (Docu-drama). As at the time of writing this, Shadows of Ambition has earned nominations at the Beach House Film Festival in Lagos, the Lift Off Filmmaker Festival in London and the Young Lens Film Festival. Career and Recognition Melvin Dain gained significant recognition for his lead role as Sena Klu in the 130-episode MNET -Akwaaba Magic Original series, ''House of Klu''. His performance in the series earned him a YEN Entertainment Awards nomination for Actor of the Year 2025. His notable screen work includes the political drama feature ''For Love and Country'' (2025), directed by Shirley Frimpong-Manso.
