Biography

Laura Bertoglio was born on 27 January 1994 in Genoa,Italy. Since she was a child she showed a big love for reading and inventing stories. She approaches the world of photography by taking portraits of unknown people to whom, for fun, she invents a life. Her passion for stories of fiction soon becomes a passion for the true stories of others. She graduated in pedagogy, where he developed a new psychological sensitivity. Laura loves to observe the details of the behavior of people who hide their unique and special past. She takes the second degree in cinema, during her studies she takes part in different productions as an assistant director, but she chooses to specialize in screenwriting. As a thesis project she creates a method of narrative structure: "the arc of evolution of the back story of a character" in which she explains how the psychological phases of a man's growth are intertwined with the basic phases of building a story. After having written several short films as an author or in collaboration with other colleagues, she writes a feature film called "Melt" and one of her scripts "Come l'ombra nel buio" is produced by a Swiss production company "Independent movie production". She currently writes scripts and at the same time works in an Italian film production company writing treatments as a gost writer.
