Chelsea Otto Ferary (born 3 November 2005) is an American actress, model, singer, and dancer. She rose to prominence for her role as a Teen Choir character in the Bounce TV original movie Who Is Christmas Eve, for which can be streamed on Amazon Prime Video. Chelsea can be seen in numerous works such as the film Birth of the Black Underworld directed by the notable film-director and screenwriter Matty Rich. Chelsea can also be seen in the Anthropology Web Series Do Your Best: Corrupted Healing, the SXSW nominated short film CLARE, and the short film Butter Face.

Chelsea Otto Ferary is a talented musician of five instruments: piano, guitar, ukulele, violin, and the clarinet. As soon as Chelsea entered the world, she had an unforgettable natural etiquette to modeling, from a 6 month-year old baby she modeled. She booked the commercial role for "Hamburger Helpers" at just the age of 3 for Ellen's Kids, as well as multiple GAP commercial shoots, Chelsea is the Cover Model for All Eyes Magazine 2024 Edition, PRINT and is featured in LIEPSNA Magazine and DIXIE Magazine. She captures her audience by becoming a canvas filled with a natural attitude and gives life through her display of the beautiful unique fashions to each individual designer's piece. Chelsea has been featured in LAFW 2023 & 2024 Chelsea started the art of acting, singing, and dancing since the age of 3 years old.

Chelsea is mentored and trained by the Grammy Award winning R&B artist H.E.R. in singing and songwriting. A talented Recording Artist, Chelsea writes records and produces her own original music out on all streaming platforms including, Spotify, iHeartRadio, Apple Music, Youtube Music and more. Chelsea regularly attends dance classes at the Playground LA for hip-hop trained by Dexter Carr and Sam Allen. Chelsea attended Sharon Miller Dance School (SMAPA) and is trained in modern, ballet, hip-hop, tap, and jazz. Her parents sought to support all of her passions. She trained in New York City and Los Angeles, and studied acting with Mr. Scott Sedita at the Sedita Studios in Los Angeles, Chelsea is trained by Terry Berland from CSA in Commercial Acting Technique, as well as attending acting training with American Idol's Justin Guarini in Los Angeles, specializing in TV/Film acting technique.

Chelsea is a well-balanced kid and a true humanitarian that supports her charity Operation Smiles through selling slimes on Etsy with her slime business, and she continues to give back to her community through her foundation 'Chelsea's Compassions' for which can be seen on Instagram. She loves God, her family and appreciates all those who support her on this journey.
