Chinmmay Ashutosh Baviskar is an Indian cinematographer and filmmaker with a strong foundation in visual storytelling. He has worked across various departments in the film industry-including cinematography and producing-on feature films, short films, and commercials. His multidisciplinary experience brings a comprehensive understanding of the filmmaking process to every project he undertakes.
A graduate of the Prague Film School, Baviskar has honed his skills through intensive academic training and hands-on work. His cinematography is marked by a focus on narrative composition, emotional tone, and visual immersion. His short films Day Zero and Grandfather and the Tap have screened at and won recognition at major film festivals around the world.
In addition to his work behind the camera, Chinmmay has also contributed significantly as a producer, supporting projects from development through post-production. He continues to work on projects that blend strong storytelling with striking visual style.
