She has cooked on the Today Show during Al Roker's segment, and multiple TV cooking segments on BuzzFeed/Tasty, the Jason Show and Twin Cities Live. Coco has also been seen on: Fox Soul, WCCO, KARE 11, KSTP and more. Coco is an amazing plant based chef known for her amazing food and recipe development, her hilarious personality, her charm and being fashion forward.
