Dragan Lukic was born on 30 November 1928 in Belgrade, Serbia, Yugoslavia. He was an actor and writer, known for Posljednja volja (2001), Lukicijada (1982) and Novo doba (2002). He died on 1 January 2006 in Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro.
