Joe Langer was born in Bronx, New York, USA. He is an actor, known for Water for Elephants (2011), Kill Speed (2010) and The Buffalo Son (2009).

Graduated from Dwight Englewood High school in Englewood, New Jersey.

Garry Marshall cast him as Al Delvecchio in Happy Days, The Musical! at the Falcon Theatre in Toluca Lake, California in November 2004.

Graduated from Tufts University, and is a practicing attorney in L.A.
