Celia Manzano was born on 22 September 1915 in Puebla, Puebla, Mexico. She was an actress, known for El medallón del crimen (El 13 de oro) (1956), Cuatro copas (1958) and Frente al destino (1964). She was married to Isidoro Antonio de Miguel Todo. She died on 20 October 2007 in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico.
