Asma Khan is a highly prominent and influential Indian-born British chef, restaurateur, and author, who has made a significant global impact with her authentic approach to Indian cuisine and her powerful advocacy for women in the culinary industry. Asma's culinary journey began in 2012 by hosting supper clubs from her London home, sharing her family recipes. The immense popularity led to pop-ups and eventually, in 2017, the opening of her restaurant, Darjeeling Express, in London's Soho (and later in Covent Garden, and back to Kingly Court).
