His client list includes the likes of Nike, Google, Red Bull, Microsoft, and Audi. In 2015 Rob Gilbert sold his company Rooster to Havas Worldwide, one of the largest integrated marketing communications agencies in the world.

Has created three separate companies from the ground up; Sandbox, Rooster Worldwide, and most recently Anchor Worldwide.
