As the Co-founder and CEO of Painting Practice, a leading visual effects design company, I have dedicated the past two decades to pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling in film and television. My journey in the industry has been marked by versatility, taking on multiple roles from Production Design to Visual Effects Supervisor, with a particular expertise in VFX Art Direction and Previsualization. This unique blend of skills has not only earned me personal accolades, including two BAFTAs and RTS wins, but has also led to multiple awards for Painting Practice, including an Emmy. My recent diagnosis of ADHD has shed light on my ability to adapt and innovate, which has been instrumental in the success of high-profile projects like Black Mirror, His Dark Materials, Gravity, and the recent relaunch of Doctor Who. Outside of work, I maintain an active lifestyle, engaging in hobbies such as boxing, hiking, yoga, and kayaking, which keep me grounded and inspired.
