Always mistaken and mixed up with Sunny Singh Nijjar due to both having the same name.

Mother name is Gittanjali Elizabeth Singh.(Mordechai). She was a famous model in the early 1970's. Dev Anand had cast her in Heera Panna. The day of the shoot Dev Anand called her to ask where she was. She told Dev she would not be able to do the film as she was getting married. Rakhee Gulzar then signed the role.
