  • Seth Badriprasad Dube was one of the prestigious business tycoon from India, who was financed the First Talkie Movie of India, Alam Ara (1931). He was the son of Brahmadev Dube who was the prestigious wrestler at that era and the closest associate of greatest revolutionary Chapekar Brothers. They were known for the assassination of W. C. Rand, the British plague commissioner of Pune, therefore all three brothers were found guilty and British government hanged them.

    Badriprasad Dube was the father of legendary Rajnarayan Dube, the pillar of Indian Cinema who founded one of the world's oldest film company, The Bombay Talkies Studios (1934) and finance company, Dube Industries (1929). Under command of legendary Rajnarayan Dube, the iconic company, Bombay Talkies had produced 115 films, distributed 259 films, launched over 280 Legends, constructed over 400 Cinema Halls and financed more than 700 Films.

    Now the companies are governed by his great grandson Girish Ghanshyam Dube and his latest contribution was as a producer for the triumphant film 'Rashtraputra' which got released on 2nd November 2018.

    The film received enormous appreciation from the audience and also has received praise from the critics after the magnificent triumph of the film. Rashtraputra has grossed a massive business in Indian Box Office.

    Now the iconic Bombay Talkies is going to boost its mammoth release by showcasing the film Rashtraputra worldwide very soon. The film has been created in 28 Indian and foreign languages.
