With her radiant presence and naturally luminous beauty, Shin Ye-eun quickly established herself as an actress whose warmth and emotional clarity resonate strongly with audiences. She began her career in 2018 after appearing as the cover model for College Tomorrow No. 840, which led to her signing with JYP Entertainment and her acting debut in the web series A-TEEN (2018), where she portrayed Do Ha-na.

The webtoon series became a viral success, drawing over six million views within a month and a half. Shin’s portrayal sparked what fans and media dubbed the "Do Ha-na Syndrome," as viewers connected deeply with her natural charm, emotional honesty, and relatable depiction of youth.
