Biography

Jeremy Moller

Overview

  • Height
    6′ (1.83 m)

Biography

  • Born in the formerly booming logging town of Klamath Falls, OR Jeremy is the middle of three children. Some would argue that Middle Child Syndrome is not a real clinical diagnosis or medical condition. They would be wrong. At the age of one, he informed the family that better prospects were to be had in Kalispell, MT, and so they went. His Big Break / professional acting debut came when Little Jeremy was cast as the lead in his kindergarten class’s skit of: Peter Rabbit. Maestra Beatrix Potter's words need no help, but through his interpretation and performance, came alive in a way that defies explanation to this day. Many think this debut was his finest work, and it has been "all downhill" since. Jeremy studied business at the University of Washington in Seattle and acted in various plays for the drama department and professional theatre productions in the city. While at university, he discovered his second love: Dance. Although he once described the male dance belt as the "modern day Iron Maiden", his fire for expression through movement could not be doused. He performed as an unofficial background dancer for local acts and led the league in shirtless speaker dancing. Moving to Hollyweird upon graduation, he studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and studied/wrote/performed at The Groundlings & Upright Citizens Brigade Theatres. Also a stand-up comedian, he debuted in the Original Room at the Comedy Store on Sunset Boulevard. Again, this debut may have been his finest work, fueled by an opening number to Gloria Estefan's "Ever Lasting Love". He has played at the Laugh Factory, The Improv (where he was also a member of an improv/sketch troupe), The Ice House, The Comedy & Magic Club, and more. He took part in a national Comedy Central stand-up competition at The Improv placing 17th out of 2,000. The camera operator mysteriously 'left the lens cap on" during his performance, an atrocity rivaling only the Zapruder Film in American cinematic notoriety. Throughout his career Jeremy has worked behind the camera in various production roles. Recent work includes acting in film, television, live theatre, musicals, as well as writing and developing film and television projects at Electric Shock Productions.
