Biography

Zuzana Martinková is a Slovak producer, line producer, and VFX producer based in Los Angeles. She began her producing career at the age of 19 with the award-nominated documentary Bullet Away, marking the start of her work in both independent and studio filmmaking.

After completing her Master's degree in Film & Media Production, she continued her education at UCLA. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with companies including Paramount Pictures, NBCUniversal, and CBS.

As a VFX Producer with SP Media Group, Zuzana worked on the Paramount Pictures releases Utopia and The Last Gunfight. She has also served as Line Producer on the feature films 5 Wounds, God's Pill, and Roof, overseeing productions from pre-production through post-production.

In addition to producing, Zuzana wrote, directed, and produced the award-nominated short film How I Sound, inspired by her own experiences.

In 2026, she founded the Slovak Film Festival Los Angeles, the first festival dedicated to showcasing Slovak cinema in Los Angeles and connecting Slovak filmmakers with the Hollywood industry.
