Biography

Julia Mallam was born in August 1982 in South Yorkshire, England, UK. She is an actress and writer, known for Emmerdale Farm (1972), Tyrannosaur (2011) and Captain Mack (2008).

Her grandmother Olive died of cancer in 2002 at the age of 82. As a lucky charm, Julia takes her granny's teddy bear, Sweetheart, everywhere.

Her Emmerdale Farm (1972) character Dawn Woods became the 14th woman on the soap opera to give birth. Dawn had a son TJ (played by Connor Lee), born on 19 October 2003.

Family: Mom Sue (born c. 1947, works as a primary school teacher), dad Joseph (born c. 1951, works as a hospital driver) and brother Robert (born c. 1979).
