Biography

Adam Weiss is a Brooklyn-based composer and producer known for his seamless fusion of ambient, electronic, and classical elements. He has scored feature films, commercials, documentaries, video games, and stage productions.

His music has been featured in campaigns for Apple, IBM, Mountain Dew (Super Bowl LIV), Budweiser (Super Bowl LV), Macy's, Google, and Samsung. With Found Objects, he was nominated by the Guild of Music Supervisors for Google Pixel's Night Sight campaign featuring the music of Queen. His arrangement of Lean On Me for Budweiser's Super Bowl LV campaign won an Andy Award and a Bronze Clio, and his work on Sandor was nominated by The One Show Awards for Original Music - Score.

Recent projects include co-scoring The Water Walker with Jay Wadley and Trevor Gureckis (TIFF 2020, HMMA-nominated), additional music for The Wedding Banquet (Bowen Yang, Lily Gladstone), and The Friend (Naomi Watts, Bill Murray). His music appears in Mountain Dew's The Shining Super Bowl ad with Bryan Cranston and Tracee Ellis Ross, CBS's Emmy-nominated Pride campaign, and the critically acclaimed podcast This American Life. He also scored Chheangkea's APA Visionaries award-winning short Skin Can Breathe (HBO Max).

His latest feature score for McVeigh (Alfie Allen, Ashley Benson) received its theatrical release in March 2025.
