- Michael P. Nash "Mike Nash" is an American filmmaker, television producer, and founder of Beverly Hills Productions. Named by MovieMaker Magazine as one of the "Top 10 MovieMakers for the Planet," Nash is a Sundance alumnus whose award-winning work has screened worldwide. He has recently partnered with Leonardo DiCaprio on Raise, a six-part documentary series on artificial intelligence, which Nash wrote, produced, and directed for a 2026 release.
Nash is known for films including Climate Refugees, Saving the Roar, Nebraska, Fuel and Captain Counter Culture. In 2024, Nash became the first and only filmmaker to have a film land on the lunar surface when Climate Refugees was included in an arts and humanity time capsule created to preserve the story of humankind in an off-Earth location. The historic time capsule traveled aboard a SpaceX rocket and included works by 222 artists from the last 2,000 years, including Beethoven, Elvis Presley, Picasso, and Nash's Climate Refugees.
Several of Nash’s works have become global instruments for change, using art with impact to inform audiences, leaders, and policymakers. His films have screened at the United Nations, Davos, the Pentagon, the U.S. House and Senate, and before governments and universities around the world.
