Tristan Anthony Ortiz is an award winning director, writer, and producer. His projects have been screened at Oscar-qualifying festivals such as Slamdance Film Festival and Florida Film Festival and has been featured in trades such as IndieWire and news outlets like Univision and Spectrum News. His experience covers a wide range of production stretching from narrative, documentary, and commercial.

As a Puerto Rican-American, Tristan aims to make personal movies that tell big stories, just like the films he grew up on. He hopes to bring a visual voice to underrepresented communities and bring to light stories that aren't usually showcased on the big screen that represent people of color, people of faith, and people who inspire.
