EmmaRain Welling
- Actress
EmmaRain Welling is the first daughter and an incredible blessing to photographer Michelle Simmons Welling and film director Shawn Welling. She is also the goddaughter of legendary actor Lee Majors and actress/model Faith Majors.
EmmaRain's first experience in film came with "The Last Astronaut," where she played the baby version of the alien astronaut Evena, portrayed by ABC's "World of Dance" finalist Eva Igo.
She went on to make appearances in the films "Flight 483" and the action thriller "The Shipment / Narco Sub," appearing alongside Lee Majors and Tom Sizemore and playing the daughter of lead character Bruce Stryker, portrayed by Tom Vera.
EmmaRain continued working as a child actor in projects including "Monstrous: Interview with a Killer" and "The Babysitter."
She later launched her own action-comedy series, "The 80's Kid," portraying Agent Rain Moss, a young heroine who finds herself pulled into action-packed missions alongside recognizable action stars from the 1980s.
The first episode, "Raiders of the Golden Bear," was praised by film director Sean McNamara. Her second adventure, "Mission from Outer Space," expanded the series with a large ensemble cast and an opening appearance by legendary action star Lee Majors.
EmmaRain has since taken on her most significant role to date as Willow Cassidy in the feature film "The Sound of Willow," a heartfelt Christmas story in which she stars opposite and co-stars with her godfather, Lee Majors. As Willow, EmmaRain portrays a young girl whose faith, courage and extraordinary journey become the emotional center of the story.
EmmaRain's work has also earned recognition on the festival circuit, including a Best Actress award at WorldFest, marking an important milestone in her development as a young dramatic actress.
EmmaRain is also preparing for one of her most challenging roles yet, portraying identical twin sisters Evie and Vivianna in the upcoming film "Twin Light: The Story of Evie & Vivianna Lindley." The film tells the emotional story of two sisters whose lives are touched by profound tragedy. Vivianna lost her life to leukemia at the age of eight, while her twin sister Evie later found herself caught in the devastating July 2025 flood at Camp Mystic in the Texas Hill Country.
The dual role will give EmmaRain the opportunity to portray both sisters and bring their extraordinary bond, loss, faith and resilience to the screen.
