A graduate of Grambling State University, Sullers has contributed to productions for major studios, networks, and streaming platforms, including Candyman, The Chi, Snowfall, Love Is Blind, Power Book IV: Force, and Shining Girls. Her work has also supported campaigns, branded content, and community-centered media initiatives across the United States. As the founder of Beauty Beyond The Lens LLC, she develops and produces original content that centers culture, identity, and authentic storytelling. Her directing and cinematography work has been recognized by the Chicago International Film Festival, CineYouth, WTTW, and the Museum of Science and Industry Black Creativity program. In addition to her production career, Sullers serves as a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Cinema & Film Production Instructor, where she designs industry-aligned curriculum and mentors the next generation of filmmakers. Through workshops, community programs, and professional development initiatives, she remains committed to expanding access to film education and creating pathways for emerging creatives. Her work is guided by a dedication to technical excellence, cultural impact, and the belief that storytelling can be a powerful tool for connection, representation, and change.
