María de Lourdes Menendez Viveros was born in Veracruz, Mexico to mexican mother María de Lourdes Viveros Cubillos and José Manuel Menéndez Beltran.
She started with acting at the age of 12 at the Querétaro State Arts Center (CEDART). There she took common courses in ballet, folkloric dance, painting, singing, and acting. Specializing in acting.
Then she continued her higher studies at the Autonomous University of Querétaro, thus continuing singing and contemporary dance in parallel. From which she graduated in 2013.
While at University, they presented the work of Alejandro Jodorowsky "Opera Pánica", having a very good review. "Baal"- Bertolt Brecht, "Everyone his life"- Luis G. Basurto. When she left his degree, she began working with different theater companies such as Atabal Creación Artística, with different stage directors such as Luis Martín Solís, Mauricio Jimenez from Mexico City. During the degree she did different short films until she made her first feature film "Todo lo que no quiero"- Rodolfo Loyola
She decides to travel to Quetzaltenango, Guatemala, there she has an approach with the theater of the oppressed and is invited as an organizer in the festival of the oppressed by Augusto Boal. The pedagogical theater for vulnerable groups. She returns to Mexico to resume a theater project with the play "Licor de lete o las aguas del olvido" by Francisco Tabris Berges co-directed with Rodrigo Canchola, a play based on Greek mythology but brought to the present day.
After that, she gets married. She moves to France. She worked in many different professions until finally having the language, she decides to return to her acting career. She collaborates as a Complementary actress Franco-Belgian television series « Cassandre « -Barjac Production created by Mathieu Masmondet and Bruno Lecigne (2021) . Her last participation was recently in Mexico with a leading role for a period film. "Sara Love and Revolution"- Dora Guzmán Under the context of the Mexican revolution. Being the main character Sara Perez Romero, wife of the then president of the Mexican Republic, Francisco y Madero.
