Tomas Kærup

Tomas Kaerup is a guitarist, producer and composer based in Copenhagen, who graduated from the University of Copenhagen. A long time collaborator with classical composer, cellist and performer, Josefine Opsahl, he has produced all her albums, operas, ballets, theater and solo live shows. As a producer and tonmeister he is a certified Apple Digital Master engineer and have worked with a long list of artist out of his studio in Copenhagen with in the classical genres. As a solo artist he has released solo albums and film soundtracks. His work almost always starts with improvisation with the electric guitar or synthesizer, with playful use of drones and ambient jazz drones looking for new soundscapes and experiments.
