Farrah, also known as Phaedra Al Masri, is a Jordanian actress. Phaedra’s passion for art became evident at an early age. She received her primary education at the British School in Kuwait before moving to the United Kingdom, where she studied fashion design and directing for two years. She then continued her education in New York for four years. She was exposed to diverse cultures and artistic styles and gained practical experience in fashion, advertising, and visual media. During that time, Phaedra worked as both a fashion model and a fashion designer in advertisements and various artistic projects. This hands-on experience gave her a deep understanding of imagery, camera work, and visual composition, which would later influence her acting performance and directorial vision. Her first on-screen appearance came in the mid-1990s when she participated in the music video for "Sekket El Ashekeen" alongside singer Moustafa Amar. This project opened the door to public recognition and wider exposure. Phaedra entered the acting profession professionally in the late 1990s and took part in several important film productions. One of her most notable roles was in the film Land of Fear (1999), where she delivered a powerful performance opposite renowned actor Ahmed Zaki. This role gave her a major career boost and established her as a capable actress able to portray complex characters.
