Seth Meyers was born on December 28, 1973 in Bedford, New Hampshire, USA. He is a writer and actor, known for New Year's Eve (2011), Documentary Now! (2015) and Saturday Night Live (1975). He has been married to Alexi Ashe Meyers since September 1, 2013. They have three children.

At 40 years old, he's the oldest person to start hosting NBC's "Late Night".
After a very short engagement, announced in the summer of 2013, Seth married his longtime girlfriend, lawyer Alexi Ashe Meyers, on Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, September 1, 2013.
He commuted to Saturday Night Live (1975) by subway from his apartment in the West Village.

Eventually, the road took him to Amsterdam, where he was the writer and co-star of a two-person comedy show called "Pick-ups and Hiccups" that he and Jill Benjamin staged five nights a week in a 200-seat theatre. With Amsterdam as his home base, he did versions of the show in London and Edinburgh--even Singapore--but it was during a brief run at the Chicago Improv Festival that he caught the eye of a Saturday Night Live (1975) casting director. He was invited to New York for a try-out, then a follow-up, and then he was hired.
