Hrachya Tokmajyan

Hrachya Tokmajyan is an Armenian Born Canadian Writer and Director based in Canada. He was born in Yerevan, Armenia and grew up in Canada. He tells stories of interpersonal and sociocultural struggle through the language of folktales and mythology, believing that folktales and mythology have had and will continue to have a hand in shaping the future of humanity, our values of morality, relationships, and our collective subconscious. He takes inspiration from European arthouse films and contemporary elevated folk horror to craft stories that feel visceral and expressive.
