Jana Sardlishvili was born in Tbilisi, Georgia.
She studied movie directing and producing in Moscow, Russia. She is the first and one of the biggest Georgian producer who worked with international projects and the founder of 100Films/Studio 99. Her production was first in Georgia, founded in 1999. Jana's films won the Canne Film Festival, the Cesar Festival, the Berlinale Film Festival, and many other festivals. Jana had a huge influence on Georgia's filmmaking development.
