Tori Hunter is an American screenwriter and film director who began her career as a script supervisor, spending nearly a decade collaborating with and learning from established filmmakers on set in this position. She then made her feature directorial debut with the family holiday comedy The Christmas Letter, featuring Chevy Chase, Randy Quaid, and Brian Doyle-Murray. As a storyteller, Hunter is drawn to meaningful, character-driven films that emphasize hope, human connection, and the significance of every life.
