- Themis Manesis was a Greek actor of theatre, film and television. He graduated from the drama school of Kostis Michaelidis in 1969 and began his stage career at a young age, performing with well-known Greek theatre companies and popular touring ensembles. Early in his career he appeared alongside prominent Greek performers in comedic and commercial stage productions, gradually establishing himself as a familiar character actor. He later worked extensively in cinema and television, often portraying distinctive supporting roles in popular Greek series and films. His television work included appearances in well-known productions such as Oi afthairetoi (1989), Dyo xenoi (1997) and Min arhizeis ti mourmoura (2013), where he became recognizable to a broad audience for his character-driven performances. In addition to scripted television, he also participated as a co-presenter in the game show Kontra plake (1996). He remained active in Greek entertainment for several decades, contributing to both comedic and dramatic productions across stage and screen.
