Biography

Emmanuel is a South Asian writer, director, and producer based out of Mississauga, Ontario. His most recent short film, "Acidwash" was distributed by TIFF's digital program in 2023: Short Films, Big Ideas. His goal is to continue to tell unique stories through often unheard perspectives, while preserving the analogue medium. His latest projects have been shot solely on Super 16mm in preparation for his next narrative project.
